Does SimplePay provide training for users?
Yes. SimplePay offers free online training courses that you can work through at your own pace, and return to whenever you need a refresher.

Where the Courses Are Hosted¶
The courses are hosted on SimplePay Learn (simplepay.moocit.fr), our separate training platform. It has its own login, so you'll need to register there before you can enrol.
How to Enrol for a Course¶
- In SimplePay, click the Question mark icon () > Training.
- Click the course you'd like to take. The course opens on SimplePay Learn.
- Register for a SimplePay Learn account, or sign in if you already have one, and enrol in the course.
Choosing your login details
Register with the email address you use for SimplePay, so that we can link the two accounts. For security reasons, we strongly recommend choosing a different password.
Once you've enrolled, you can start the course from your My Courses dashboard on SimplePay Learn.
If you registered with your SimplePay email address, the course also shows as "(Enrolled)" on the Training screen in SimplePay. It may not show straight away.
How to Check Your Progress¶
Sign in to SimplePay Learn, and open the course. You can see your overall progress and your score for each module.
Proof of Completion¶
SimplePay doesn't issue certificates yet. Instead, your progress on SimplePay Learn shows that you've completed a course.
To keep a record of it (for example, for your employer):
- Open the course, and click the trophy icon.
- Print the page, or save it as a PDF.
The page shows your username, email address, and score for each module.
