New Feature: Notification Centre
We’re excited to share some improvements to how notifications are displayed. These changes are designed to help you stay on top of important messages in SimplePay, and they make notifications easier to spot, review, and manage.
How to spot notifications
Notifications now have their own Bell icon (🔔) in the navigation bar. Previously, the notification page was accessed via the Profile icon. Moving it to the navigation bar makes it more visible, and quicker to access.
If there are new messages waiting for your attention, the Bell icon will show an unread notification counter.
How to review notifications
If the notification does not display at the top of the screen, a pop-up message will highlight the Bell icon. This helps draw your attention to any updates you may have missed.
Additionally, you can now do the following in the Notification Centre:
- Filter notifications to quickly find the information you’re looking for.
- Review notifications in a redesigned layout that is easier to scan.
- Clearly identify unread messages, which are now more prominently highlighted.
- When you’re sure that you’re all caught up, you can mark all messages as read with a single click.
