We’re excited to introduce two updates that make it easier than ever to get help when you need it!

New Live Chat Feature

You can now use our new chat option to reach our Support team directly when you need help. This allows you to talk to one of our friendly Support consultants in real time during business hours, without having to pick up the phone! Simply follow the steps on our help page to get started.

Revamped Support Page

We’ve redesigned our Support page to make it simpler for you to find the best way to reach us. Whether you prefer chats, emails, or help articles, everything’s easier to navigate.

We value your feedback and would love to know what you think of these updates. Please click the BETA label next to the new “Chat with Us” heading, and complete the form to submit any thoughts you might have on how we can improve things.
