Terms of Service

Please note the following terminology:
"We" and "Us" refers to Orange Thunder Technologies CC. "The service" refers to the SimplePay online payroll system.

Account Terms

  1. Accounts may not be registered by automated methods, only by humans.
  2. Please choose a secure password and maintain the security of this password and of your system. We will not be liable for any loss or damage due to a compromised password.

Payment and Cancellation

  1. Trial accounts will be suspended after the 2 month period. Upon payment, you may resume use of the system.
  2. Billing is montly and in advance. There will be no refunds - please ensure you cancel the service before your monthly billing date.
  3. Upon cancellation or suspension, whether initiated by you or us, your data will be available for 3 months, to enable you to download and store it. Thereafter, your data will be deleted.
  4. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel accounts for any reason at any time.

General Conditions

  1. Your use of the service is at your sole risk. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
  2. We rely on third parties to supply hosting, hardware, connectivity and other related technologies required to provide the service and can't take responsiblity for their performance.
  3. We do not warrant that (i) the service will meet your specific requirements, (ii) that the service will be uninterupted, timely, secure or error-free, (iii) that the service will provide accurate and reliable results.
  4. To the maximum extend permitted by the law, we disclaim any liability for damages, including, without limitation, direct loss, loss of business or profits, damage to your computer, system and programs and data or any other direct or indirect, consequential and incidental damages.
  5. If any terms in this agreement are deemed invalid or unenforcable, the remaining terms will still remain valid.
  6. Failure by us to enforce any of the provisions in the agreement does not constitute a waiver of such provisions.
  7. Your use of the service binds you to these terms of service. The terms of service be may updated from time to time. Please visit this page from time to time for updated terms of service.
