Leave is completely managed, in a manner compliant with the Basic Conditions of Employment Act. Annual leave accrues automatically, and sick and compassionate (family responsibility) leave entitlements are calculated. Long-term leave such as maternity leave is facilitated. SimplePay also prevents mishaps such as accidentally counting a public holiday as leave taken when it falls in an employee's leave period.
Unpaid leave is also available for salaried workers - simply select the days of unpaid leave and the amount will be calculated and deducted from the normal salary.

The figures for the monthly EMP201 submission to SARS are automatically calculated and given to you in a report. Then you simply copy the figures over onto your EMP201 return.
Monthly UIF declarations can be submitted to the UIF at the click of a button. Print the report if you prefer to send it manually.
Filing season is taken care of by integration with SARS [email protected] to electronically submit IRP5s, IT3(a)s and the EMP501 to SARS.
